Propagation blocks are used for transferring seedlings started in the propagation cubes, when it is desired to hold them prior to putting them onto the slabs. Three sizes of propagation blocks are available: 3" x 3" x 2.6", 3" x 3" x 4", 4" x 4" x 2.6", and 4"x4"x4". The 3" blocks are generally used for tomatoes while the 4" blocks are generally used for peppers and cucumbers. The standard 3" and 4" propagation blocks have holes to accept the 1-1/2" propagation cube. The 3" blocks are also available without a hole and in a 4" depth size. Available in individual blocks or in cases of 216 blocks. |
